When choosing a suitable domain name, keep the following in mind:
a).  The domain name system is not case sensitive (it does not matter if you use capital letters or lower case letters), and b).  Shorter domain names are easier for customers and clients to remember.

If the domain name you would prefer is already taken consider adding '4' or 'nz' at the beginning of the domain name, or '4u' after it, e.g  www.Painter4u.com www.4adventure.com,  www.NZkayaking.com,  www.GraphicDesign4u.com

If the domain name is for a business site, it's best to register a domain name that ends in either .com, .co.nz, .net, .biz ...these names are usually associated with business websites and email addresses.

Organisations usually register either .org or .org.nz domain names. We can often register both for you and enable them on our servers so that people typing either .org or .org.nz will reach your website, and email to either .org or .org.nz will reach your organisations members requiring email addresses.

Domain names are registered in either your business (or organisation) name, or your own name.
